About

This podiatric office started in 1984 as a single doctor practice.  Since that time, it has grown into a four doctor practice that treats a full spectrum of podiatric problems.  The practice performs services that range from routine foot care and diabetic foot care, to care of difficult and chronic wounds, as well as ankle surgery and reconstructive forefoot and rearfoot surgery.

The practice is closely affiliated with several local hospitals, including New York Hospital-Queens, and specializes in trauma surgery as well as reconstructive surgery and arthroscopic surgery of the foot. This includes bunion surgery, hammertoe, and nerve surgery.

All of the doctors affiliated with this office are board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and are part of the teaching staff at New York Hospital-Queens.  The practice offers a wide range of treatment modalities for all maladies of the foot, whether it be chronic heel pain and chronic wounds, trauma or major foot deformities that require either conservative or surgical intervention.

The podiatric surgeons in this office are also trained in Ilizarov technique of bone lengthening and deformity correction which does include Charcot joint reconstruction and limb salvage.
